We are located in a residential community and, although this is a holiday destination, it's home to many people. As such we ask that you respect their privacy and noise should be kept to a minimum between 9pm and 8am.

Standard check-in is from 3pm onwards, and check-out is 10am. Our property manager will meet you at the property at a pre-agreed time and welcome you with a tour of ESTE. 

The accommodation has a unique secure keypad lock that requires a code for check-in. You will be provided with details of the check-in process and/or code that will be activated at your check-in time and deactivated at your check-out time for security purposes. Please contact the manager 72hrs before your arrival to confirm your arrival time. Their details will be on your confirmation.

This is a smoke-free home, including the outside area surrounding property. No smoking of any substance, including vaping.

Our kitchen is fully equipped with everything to cook up a meal and dine with your guests. In the pantry, we have provided the basics, including olive oil, salt, and pepper, and if you need anything else, please see our concierge menus or the local list of nearby grocers. 

To operate, simply press the left lever to dispense boiling water and the right lever to dispense chilled. Pressing both levers will dispense sparkling water. When lifted the levers will latch for continual delivery, until released with a light press.

The laundry is located on the Ground floor where we have a dryer and washing machine for your use during your stay. Here you can also locate a vacuum, mop, clothes horse and an iron.

We kindly ask all guests to respect quiet hours from 9:00 PM to 8:00 AM to preserve the tranquil ambience. The house is for registered occupants only, and parties or any disturbing behaviour are strictly not permitted under any circumstances.

Our team will take the bins out for collection on the specified council days (Monday). Please place your rubbish inside the relevant bins outside, located behind the sliding gate in the visitors' car park.

In-house Sauna: SAWOSauna - North

Press the power button on the silver panel located on the right-hand wall. The sauna will take approximately 25-30 minutes to heat up and is preset at 80 degrees Celsius. Use the sauna bucket and pail to add water to create more heat when you are inside the sauna. The recommended time in a sauna is 15-20 minutes. 

In-house Steam Room: STN Classic - South 

Press the power button located on the right-hand wall panel. The steam room will take approximately 25-30 minutes to heat up and is preset at 50 degrees Celsius. The recommended time in steam is 10-15 minutes. 

Nordic Shower: Available for wellness circuit use - North and South

Press the power button located on the wall. The shower will turn on and run at ice-cold temperature for 60 seconds, or you can press the power button again to switch it off.

Just 150m to Wategos beach, protected by the headland, it’s a fabulous spot to picnic and play. The local bottlenose dolphins use it for recreation as well, showing off their silky surfing skills on the incoming waves. Enjoy the use of ESTE beach towels, chairs and umbrellas.

Two surfboards are located in the garage for your use during your stay.
